6 Undeniable Reasons Why Planet Earth is Actually a Giant Computer

Perhaps the reason why we’re all so obsessed with technology is because our planet is really just a microchip in a sea of supercomputers. The following evidence overwhelmingly suggests that Earth is really just one large supercomputer.

1. Viruses Operate on the Exact Same Rules

Computer viruses may not be contagious to us, however, they function in virtually the same patterns as human viruses. Human viruses ravage our planet at often unforeseen rates. For instance, the Ebola virus can only be transmitted by human fluids, but many doctors admit that it has a capacity for change. Much like a computer virus. Viruses all adapt and spread for survival. Whether they are feasting on your antibodies, or digital copy of “Warm Bodies,” they are ostensibly the same.

“Our knowledge of biological viruses can help identify the routes that virus programmers have taken, and will take, in due course. But less obviously, the Internet is a real-time evolutionary model of infectious diseases for clinicians to study,” she says."

"Considering the similarities in how viruses feast on their hosts, spread from person to person, and vary in devastation, some researchers even believe that computer viruses COULD one day affect us. Sure, they COULD cure cancer, Ebola COULDgo airborne , and you COULD win the lottery tonight, but this possibility is nothing to sneeze at.

The researchers also pointed out that both humans and computers infect themselves. A human visiting a doctor and getting an infection is not an unthinkable scenario, Lovet and Nigam pointed out. Likewise, computers can get infected by visiting a website and downloading a so-called drive-by download — malware that is embedded in the site that tries to install itself on computers. “This is how the ZeuS Trojan built a botnet of an estimated 3.6 million hosts in the USA alone,”

As mankind continues to link itself to machines, let’s say via pacemakers, cochlear implants, and even virtually in the Oculus Rift, computer to human transfer of viruses is almost a statistical inevitability.

2. The Earth’s Magnetic Field Works Like a Hard Drive

It’s spinning, controlled by magnetism at opposing poles. Inside, it contains all of your memories, realities, and silly cat gifs. The earth’s magnetic field operates in ostensibly the same way as the hard drive in your computer.

"A hard drive is constructed basically of a sealed metal housing that protects magnetically coated platters, a group of read/write heads and an electrical motor. In combination, these elements are used to both read and write data to the surface of a platter, which is the basic means of storage for many computers. Controlled by both a logic board and a controller card, a hard drive receives commands from the computer to read and write data to the platters, which in turn is translated into mechanical movement. When the computer requests that a string of data is written to a hard drive, the logic board instructs the write heads to align the magnetic field of particles that are located on the platters surface.

The earth’s rotation is controlled by opposing magnetic poles at either end located at the North and South Poles. Opposite polarity causes resistance, thus, spinning. Imagine that all of the data on the earth is arranged in binary code, like information on your hard drive. All those little zeroes and ones are magnetized bits of data that are actually making the world go ’round.

There is also a bizarre phenomenon in the earth’s magnetism where the poles spontaneously reverse from north to south or south to north. The same thing happens when data is altered in binary code. The magnetism is altered reversing the polarity. The earthly phenomenon has been accounted for over 170 times this past century.

Magnetic fields surround electric currents, so we surmise that circulating electic currents in the Earth’s molten metalic core are the origin of the magnetic field. A current loop gives a field similar to that of the earth. The magnetic field magnitude measured at the surface of the Earth is about half a Gauss and dips toward the Earth in the northern hemisphere. The magnitude varies over the surface of the Earth in the range 0.3 to 0.6 Gauss.

The Earth’s magnetic field is attributed to a dynamo effect of circulating electric current, but it is not constant in direction. Rock specimens of different age in similar locations have different directions of permanent magnetization. Evidence for 171 magnetic field reversals during the past 71 million years has been reported."

3. There are Multiple Dimensions

According to string theory, our world as we know it exists in nine dimensions. This means Schrödinger’s cat exists in all nine of our earthly dimensions, and also eleven computing dimensions and a possible 103+ digital quantum dimensions.

"Scienitists have managed to create an entanglement of 103 dimensions with only two photons. The record had been established at 11 dimensions. The discovery could represent a great advance toward the construction of quantum computers with much higher processing speeds than current ones, and toward a better encryption of information"

"In 1997, theoretical physicist Juan Maldacena proposed1 that an audacious model of the Universe in which gravity arises from infinitesimally thin, vibrating strings could be reinterpreted in terms of well-established physics. The mathematically intricate world of strings, which exist in nine dimensions of space plus one of time, would be merely a hologram: the real action would play out in a simpler, flatter cosmos where there is no gravity."

4. Migration Patterns Are Evidence of Perfect Global Programming

The avian hippocampus allows birds to migrate instinctually with pre-downloaded cognitive maps of their journeys. The innate hardware pre-installed in the memory centers of the bird’s brain operates seamlessly as hardware installed on your computer.

"The extraordinary navigational ability of birds has fascinated natural historians for as long as animal behavior has been of interest. Successful navigation in birds is based first on an ability to determine directions in space (compass sense), relying on the sun, stars and earth’s magnetic field. This compass sense promotes the development of an ability to determine relative location in space (map sense), which, depending on distance to a goal, exploits predictable variation in the spatial properties of visual landmarks, atmospheric odors and perhaps the earth’s magnetic field. The hippocampus of birds is a brain region particularly well suited for implementing navigation based on the map-like representation of familiar landmarks."

“Birds or Data? Oh, what’s the difference anymore!”

Computer data can also be migrated.

"Data Migration is the process of transferring data from one system to another while changing the storage, database or application. In reference to the ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) process, data migration always requires at least Extract and Load steps. Typically data migration occurs during an upgrade of existing hardware or transfer to a completely new system. Examples include: migration to or from hardware platform; upgrading a database or migrating to new software; or company-mergers when the parallel systems in the two companies need to be merged into one."

5. Duality of Language

Every creature on the planet has it’s own language. Whether it is “tweet tweet” or “Wazzup,” there are infinite languages on our planet that are changing every day. The fluidity of our language for instance, can be directly compared to the fluidity of programming languages.

"Maldacena’s idea thrilled physicists because it offered a way to put the popular but still unproven theory of strings on solid footing — and because it solved apparent inconsistencies between quantum physics and Einstein’s theory of gravity. It provided physicists with a mathematical Rosetta stone, a ‘duality’, that allowed them to translate back and forth between the two languages, and solve problems in one model that seemed intractable in the other and vice versa"

6. Spontaneous Natural Disasters Can and Will Occur

If you’re lucky, you can catch a natural disaster in time, saving the lives of your loved ones and data content.

"Natural disasters such as flood, fire, earthquake, tornado and windstorm affect thousands of people every year. You should know what your risks are and prepare to protect yourself, your family and community. Recognizing an impending hazard and knowing what to do to protect yourself and your family will help you take effective steps to prepare beforehand and aid recovery after the event. Some of the things you can do to prepare for the unexpected, such as assembling a supply kit and developing a family emergency plan, are the same for all types of hazards. However each emergency is unique and knowing the actions to take for each threat will impact the specific decisions and preparations you make. By learning about these specific threats, you are preparing yourself to react in an emergency."
